  • Ensuring guest arrival and departures are handled in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
  • Providing concierge services for guests
  • Answer all inquiries promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information is given
  • Training new employees
  • Making reservations for future arrivals and ensure special attention to details are taken
  • Personalizing guest stays
  • Promote knowledgeable about the Hotel and its features, and the surrounding areas
  • Ensuring guest account charges are correctly posted and settled
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions for guest accounts
  • Balancing and maintaining cash floats
  • Assisting with ensuring smooth arrival/departure of groups
  • Communicating with other departments to maintain a positive guest experience
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Secondary school diploma preferred
